Due Date Calculator
Calculate project or assignment due dates with working days.
Knowing your baby's estimated due date is one of the most exciting milestones of pregnancy. Our free due date calculator quickly estimates when your baby will arrive based on your last menstrual period, conception date, or IVF transfer date.
What Is a Due Date Calculator?
A due date calculator estimates the date your baby is expected to be born. The most common method uses Naegele's rule, which adds 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).
The due date is also called the estimated date of delivery (EDD). While it provides a helpful target, remember that a normal pregnancy can last anywhere from 37 to 42 weeks.
Calculation Methods
There are several ways to estimate your due date, and our calculator supports multiple approaches:
| Last Menstrual Period (LMP) | LMP date + 280 days |
| Conception Date | Conception date + 266 days |
| IVF Transfer Date | Transfer date + 261 days (Day 5 blastocyst) |
| First Ultrasound | Measured by crown-rump length |
Your Pregnancy Timeline
Once you know your due date, you can plan your pregnancy journey. Key milestones include the first ultrasound (8–12 weeks), anatomy scan (18–22 weeks), glucose screening (24–28 weeks), and full-term status (37 weeks).
Your healthcare provider will schedule regular appointments throughout your pregnancy. These visits become more frequent as you approach your due date, typically weekly from week 36 onward.
